Prayer Requests

In order to put someone on the Prayer List you will need to fill out the Prayer Request Form to the right. That person will stay on the list for one month and then be removed unless another request form is received or you have contacted me to remove them sooner. Forms are also available in the Narthex or in the mailbox labeled "Prayer Request Forms".
